Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return
Contact us at barsoulcommerce@gmail.com before returning any item. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not return items to the address on the original shipping package unless instructed.

Return Shipping and Fees
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for non-defective items. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
